Staff is very helpful and nice. I have had a few issues in the apartment like my AC going out but the maintenance staff worked hard to get it resolved.

I love the staff and the location. The cost is a little high. My only issue is the pest control. Ants are always around and also I wish the amenities are available later then they are
The Management staff is friendly and tries very hard to be helpful. They try to have social events on a regular basis so people can get to know their neighbors. It's an extremely convenient location for me, less than a mile from my work and the Tomball Parkway. HEB, Whole Foods, other shopping and restaurants are less than a mile away.
