I have had many issues that you would not except for a brand new - never lived in apartment. I have 3 MAJOR water leaks that have destroyed my wooden floors. I was told they would be replaced - so far it has not happened. Never received a copy of my contract when I moved in. On my move in damage check list, I listed over 20 items that needed repair and nothing was done.Promised I would receive a discount card to vintage park retailer - never happened. 1 trash can for the entire complex.
The remote control in gym and club house aren't working now. Treadmills's tv doesn't work now. The accountant didn't credit me $70 until I asked. One of the sales person forgets things like sending me a copy of the rent. And no roof cover in parking lots! Just moved here for new job and didn't have time to look for other places. After being here five months, there are other apartment complexes that are better for cheaper!! Ack!!
Maybe your remote needs new batteries which we will gladly replace! Also, everything in the fitness center seems to be working properly.. if you have an issue please come talk to us so we can help! Thank you for your time!!
Property is not well kept, there is only one dumpster on property and it overflows every single week. The construction of the apts is very poor. Floor boards are not installed correctly everything was mounted crooked. Overall not worth the price what is being paid.
We have recently added a recycle bin which should reduce the amount of trash in the compactor! Thank you so much for your time!
Staff is very helpful and nice. I have had a few issues in the apartment like my AC going out but the maintenance staff worked hard to get it resolved.

I have lived here since Dec 2013, the move in experience was inconvenient. The unit was incomplete as we had to paint walls, clean over spray off of bathroom floors, and touch up ceiling fan blades that had multiple scratches through out. The exterior is still incomplete as there is overspray of paint on the stair rails, entry doors and gobs of cement on the stair steps from construction. Management's response to these issues was that Pegasus was finished and no further work would be performed.
