Property management has changed. Garbage always piled up around compactor, stains from garbage residue. Gates usually unlocked or not functioning. Residents do not clean up after their pets.
Everything has been excellent in terms of actually living here. The billing details have been off on occasional months. When the new system was implemented, my rent and garage addendum didn't transfer over - causing a higher bill. It was fixed about a week after the bill was due. I recently transferred to another apartment in the same building. A similar thing happened in the first month in the new unit. I received my bill that included the old garage - which I no longer have.
There are things that break that should not break on a newly developed construction and for the price I pay monthly. Also, I can smell a foul smell coming from dishwasher which is not a good thing. Otherwise, things are okay.
I have had noisey neigbors above me that no one deal with I sent them an email and I have yet to recieve feed back
The computers and printers are rarely working. We moved into a brand new apartment and every single cabinet had scratches on the door. The yoga room floor is filthy. Friday and Saturday nights can sound like a drag race at 2 am. People peel through the apartment complex. Way too expensive for sub-par amenities.
