They are efficient & has made sure all my request on maintenance on my Appartment.
I like that they have the security on site at night.
The complex is been maintaind very well.
& also all security gates works unlike other Appartments I have lived before.

Whenever I need assistance they always help me. They are very dependable. The apartment ground are always nice and clean.
safe place to live. I ve been living in this apt from fall 2011 to today. this place got way improved with a 24/7 security. We love staying here and we enjoy the new design of the complex with a 24/7 gym.
The leasing agents lack common sense and the parking situation is less than desirable, but my unit is great and maintenance responds to requests in a timely fashion.
The landscaping is nice, the apartments are roomy. I haven't had any problems with the neighbors but there is a lot of stray animals around that can be annoying and dog mess. I have only been here for a year and the tub is starting to peel. Other than that it's really affordable for the space.
