Monthly rent is $20 per pet, Deposit is $200, and Fee is $300. For 2 pets, Deposit is $300 and Fee is $500. Pets Accepted

The staff is professional, helpful and genuinely cares about its residents. They work hard to make sure everyone can enjoy the great living conditions at Essex, whether by hosting community events or implementing new ways to make residents lives easier even on a daily basis. On top of that they consistently ensure residents can enjoy being part of a community, rather than just an apartment complex. They communicate with residents consistently and are always sure to give a heads up regarding significant changes in the community.
I have lived at The Essex for almost a year now and am hoping to re-sign. I love the location and comfort of my cozy apartment. I also like that it has open parking because it makes it easy for visitors. Excellent location for shopping and dining.
The Essex is a wonderful place to live. The management; leasing and maintenance staff is cordial; professional and respectful. Monthly community events are thoughtful, creative and enjoyable too. Highly recommended!

The space and design are great. The office staff are helpful, welcoming and attentive. The same goes for the maintenance staff, who are also extremely responsive. The two-story garage is a nice amenity. I greatly enjoy how engaged the staff are in providing a pleasant community in which to live.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
From West Loop 610 south, take the Westheimer/San Felipe exit. Turn left on Westheimer, under the freeway and go to Weslayan. Turn right and go to Essex Lane and turn right again.
