Friendly staff and safe location in the heart of Houston. Conveniently located between downtown and the Galleria with Highland Village in your back yard. The other residents are kind and all seem very nice.

Everyone at Essex has one goal: to ensure the residents are happy and comfortable where they live. The staff go above and beyond to do whatever they can to make sure the unit is up to par, follow through with any issues/requests and show great patience with any concern. I have nothing but GOOD things to say about Tracey, Judi, Kristen and Edwin (and staff). They did not miss a thing! I can't think of anything that they can improve on. Everyone at Essex covers ALL of the bases!
