Our impressive Houston apartment community provides residents a relaxing sanctuary. The manicured garden areas bring you close to nature. At Reserve at Garden Oaks, you can remove yourself from the stress of the work day, relax at the swimming pool with beach entrance or use the gym with its state of the art work out equipment. Your four legged friend can play safely in our own dog park. We have various floor plans available for one, two and three bedroom homes. The craftsman kitchens with espresso colored shaker style cabinets, stainless steel appliances and beige granite countertops leave nothing up to desire. The light filled living rooms with wood-style floors provide the perfect stage for your individual furniture.

The staff is fantastic. They made the move-in incredibly easy and fast. I can't rave enough about the ladies in the office. I finally found a great place to live and I'm not going anywhere!
The property is quite beautiful. Very clean and well lit in the evening. The community seems to be nice and property management is quite understanding. So far it has been a very pleasant experience and I'm thrilled that we chose to live here!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
