Nothing that I can think of. Developing a "community" of friends and neighbors is mostly up to the residents themselves. A complex-sponsored Fourth of July party might get people out to meet each other though!

The gates need to be painted, and the rent is a bit expensive especially when compared to other apartment complexes of the same level. A suggestion would be to have the rent not increase every year. A problem I had since the date I moved in is the fact that the AC and heater do not reach my bedroom. So it's cold during the winter and too hot during the summer in that room of the apartment. Another suggestion would be having the exterior area of the apartments, especially around the pool, exterminated on regular basis.
