Beautiful community tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Houstons streets. Quiet area with friendly neighbors, great layout and seizable garages that are either attached or detached from the apartment. Granite countertops, stainless steel sinks, crown molding and deep adjustable cabnets make for comfortable living. Prewired outlets for phone and Internet give you ease of access to any social media needs you may have. Private stairways, individual gate keys and codes accompanied by an on site security patrol guard provide above average safety here at Newport on the Lake. Advanced amenities such as their resort style pool, fitness center, fire pit and gazebo areas for relaxation or a great workout only underline their prime feature; a large backyard lake only accessible to their residents with walking trails, lovely wildlife, catch and release fishing and available kayak rentals. Comfortable living, the feeling of home and being able to do our favorite outdoor activities just a short distance away at the lake is why we chose Newport on the Lake and why you should too!

I came in looked and leased.
I love the lake, the paddleboat, kayaks and the fishing. LOVE! That was the biggest draw to this property. Not many complexes have their own lake. It was so awesome one morning to hear a noise in the water and look over to see a mother duck with 14 baby ducks swimming out of the grass and cattails. Sitting by the lake is also a great place to have my morning coffee. We also use the pool and gym everyday. The sound of all the fountains at the pool are very soothing. The paddleboat was broke one day and I reported it and it was fixed immediately. Seriously, the maintenance man here gets things done as soon as he hears about it. He does a great job and seems to go above and beyond. We take pride in living here and communicate with management.
