My leasing experience with Mid Main has been exceptional. Although, I had some issues that needed resolving before I was able to sign the lease, the staff was extrememly helpful throughout the process and did everything they could to help me get in as a resident. They have gone out of their way multiple times to make me feel at home, and get me an apartment as fast as possible. Although most of the community is still under construction, I am excited to see the final community as so far it has been great!

I knew I wanted to live at Mid Main Lofts from the first time I saw the website. I applied a few minutes later. The main reason I was enchanted was the location, but more than that. The concept. Living small. Living green. Having a world of art at my doorstep. Living among what will likely be somewhat like minded people. Living in s beautiful well designed space. I am thrilled to say that only have all of these been met, but so much more. The staff is family. The neighborhood is community. There is a simple and beautiful ease of living here that I have never experienced in Houston. There seems to be so many more hours in the day. My studio is besutifully designed. It's a small amount of square footage, but so thoughtful and functional that I don't think I am missing any space at all. It is the best of form meets function. The simplicity as well as the access to the rich quality of the neighborhood creates the perfect environment.
