The parking is the biggest drawback. After about 7pm there is next to nothing in terms of parking spots. Visitor parking is a joke unless you live in the back part of the complex.

Apartments are very nice! The permit and visitors parking is HORRIBLE!
We appreciate your feedback. In September, we reduced the number of Visitor spots because many of the residents felt there was not enough Permit parking. Despite our efforts, we received many complaints that there was not enough spots for extra vehicles and/or guests to park so we opened up 20 Visitor spots. Our goal is to try and meet everyone's needs but on a community with 336 apartment homes, it is not always easy. Please stop by our office so that we can discuss a possible solution.
I love living here and would have loved to give it an excellent rating; however, there have been a few times in the past month that the gate was broken and would not close, the car wash was out of order and my gate token has not worked in over a month.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
