The complex is nice but management could relay information better to residents. They could also offer shower rods, and washer and dryer in units for the price that we are paying. The car wash port is a plus but vacuum is broken most of the time. Spacious apartments with great bathrooms and large patios.
The air smells due to plant behind. My parking was often accidentally taken away because they had terrible book keeping and gave to someone else. Oops, is it ok if we give you this other spot. The cold wind sipped throw the weather strip in the door and when I complained they said i'd have to replace it myself! The apartment walls were cracking all around and door literally bending, their response, It's just the foundation settling in. I'm glad I finally moved out and do not regret.
Parking was difficult. I made several calls late a night because of noise from rude tenants that seemed to be unaddressed by Landmark. It took a long time for calls about concerns to be returned, especially at the time of renewing my lease. There really wasn't a grocery store or anything close by, but the freeway was close, so everything was about 10-15 minutes away.
Leasing A Unit Before Seeming It Foundation Is Bad Unit Seem To Had Some Water Damage Before Carpet Smell Bad, Bad Odor To Unit Not Just Outside More Inside Than Out Because You Can Tell They Donot Change Out The Carpet In The Units Just Dye It Brown The Make Ready For The Unit Wasn'T A Good Job Walls Are Poor Just Being At Peace Until My Lease Is Up More My Fault Moving Without Doing My Homework On The Place Parking Is Bad Like Being Told You Can Have Only One Car.
