I love it here at the Halstead. It's a great location, close to shopping, dinning, right off 610, minutes from Galleria, Medical District and Downtown very centralized. I love my apartment home, the community has beautiful club house, nice amenities, friendly staff, very responsive maintenance team. Pet friendly, nice and quiet community, friendly community neighbors, monthly resident community events, list goes on........ I would definitely recommend Halstead if you are looking for luxury apartment home.
The management and staff at the Halstead are outstanding. They are always up front to greet you with a welcoming smile. If I ever need service the staff and maintenance are so fast acting it's wonderful. Management, staff and maintenance are terrific with communication whether it is notifying the residents of bad weather coming, a package delivery or an invitation to parties and activities. They even send reminders when rent is coming due. I love the text or email messages from them. The Halstead is an excellent place to live.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
