I love living here and hate to leave my gourmet kitchen and concierge services, but have to for job relocation. It's quiet, friendly, and staff are always responsive. I can't say enough about this apartment and my enjoyment of living there.
West Ave is a pleasant and friendly community. Residents are happy to chat get to know one another. On the weekend the pool is where it is at! The staff here are wonderful! They go above and beyond to make residents feel special, even taking the time to learn residents names! It is always clean and welcoming!
The move into our apartment at West Ave has been about as seamless as we could ask for, and the staff has been very helpful. When we initially looked at Gables West Ave, we couldn't believe the fact that our apartment was a good size with great amenities, all in a absolutely fantastic location, for a price that was incredibly competitive with the rest of Houston. Would definitely recommend.
