Gables Citywalk has been an amazing place to live. The lease-signing and move-in process was a breeze. The staff is always easy to reach and very friendly. Maintenance is always great.... I have had to put in two work orders, which were taken care of the same day that the request was made. The apartment complex is quiet and very well-kept. The complex is in a great area with many things to do within walking distance. The Texas Medical Center is 3 miles away, which makes this a great place to live for medical professionals. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live in Houston!
I have enjoyed my time at Gables Citywalk. I have a few issues, but overall the experience living here has been very positive.
No issues with parking or noise from neighbors.
For an older apartment living, Gables Waterford provides excellent service and amenities for residents. I especially love the vaulted ceiling, garden tub and patio in the Waterford Square. Definitely paying for location for a compact unit. Truly urban living with walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, eateries, and bars. Expect to find diversity, dog/pet-lovers, and friendly neighbors who like to recycle. Overall, excellent choice for urban living.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
