The current staff is very friendly and helpful. The three bedroom units are spacious with plenty of storage and with the attached garage it fells more like a condo. Interior is upgraded with high ceilings and some units have wood flooring. Lets not forget the fabulous pool with BBQ. The schools zoned to this area are the best in KatyISD. Our family has been blessed to call this place home while we are here in Texas!

I love the quiet location of the community. The residents have all been kind and considerate of their neighbors. The office staff continue to be helpful and friendly.
Thrash Bin becomes an eyesore every weekend. Either enforce the policy and or get another bin for the complex. Exterior walls are not as clean as they could be. Too many pet owners fail to pick up after their pets. Generally in the same area. Area between bldgs. 12, 13, 14 are dry grass not lush green. Good points - Maintenance staff is quick to response and they always get it right. Good team. Office stay is helpful and friendly. Nice complex and will stay until home is purchased.
I have lived in this community for several years now and I have seen many changes. It's still a really great place to live but the amenities are starting to get really shabby. I cannot give it an excellent rating because the gym equipment is in really poor condition. Also, they need to do something about the trash compactor. The staff is really awesome though!
