I do see some things improving since new mangament has took over the community. But I would like the staff to be better. Its sad you have to get things in writing. Lack of commuaction in the office is a no-no. To be told something was going to happen and the outcome was something else is not nice. Amenties can't be used since they are being worked on. I do like the updates with paint and changing things to make the property feel diffrent and new. I'm excited to see what is in store for Brisa.
The manager is a very rude, inconsiderate lady who will stop at nothing to get even. She could be proud, arrogant and racist sometimes. Previous management did a better job with residents.
For the most part the community is great. However, often there is litter on the stairways and each outside floor could use a good cement cleaning.
The parking lot gates are broken more than they are functioning. The machines in the gym are not cleaned or maintained (One of the treadmills has had a message flashing "time to lube" for the past 2 weeks).
Because upon moveing in my apartment was upgraded, however it was a very sloppy job. It was not properly cleaned. The floor laminate is under warranty yet it is buckling and when I submitted a request to have this problem fixed, I received a notice saying "floor was inspected"...floor still hasn't been reparied.
