The best location in Houston with medical facilities, drug stores, restaurants, etc. A comfortable community that tries to to meet the needs of their tenants the best way they now how. Management is ready to assist with any problem.
I have never had a negative experience with the management, community or maintenance teams. I believe this is a great community and location for the price and I have and will continue, to suggest people consider this apartment complex in their search.

If you like the company of roaches and rats then this is the place for you. You just have to pay a good fee for them.
Poorly performed maintenance, bad attitudes from maintenance staff, no security or safety, management has no concern for resident security, safety, or the poor maintenance. Maintenance/Contractors rifle through resident property and take items for their use. Pest control that is scheduled to show up but doesn't. Roach infestation and mice/rats/squirrels living in walls that nothing is done about, office staff and maintenance have all but called us liars when we report hearing the noises in the walls.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
From Loop 610: We are just west of the west portion of the 610 loop, exit San Felipe. If you are heading North, take a left. If you are going South, take a right. From either direction, turn towards the Yia Yia Mary's restaurant. Continue on San Felipe and travel past Chimney Rock, past Being, and Past Fountainview. Continue until you come to Winrock Blvd. You will see a Walgreen's on the right and a Whataburger on the left. Turn left at Winrock Blvd. The entrance to our community is to the immediate right. Our office is located within the gates of the community, on the right hand side of the entrance. Follow signs to the leasing office.
