Front office staff members are all very friendly. I love how nice they are when I come into the office. My needs are for short-term housing during transfer for work. I am definitely planning to locate a sister property to get the quality of service I have recieved here in my new location. Carroll Manangement has a thumbs up in my book! Best place to live if in the 290@1960 area of town.

Better than many apartments I've experienced, but there's still room for improvement. I renewed my lease because of the family-friendly atmosphere, the style details inside the apartments, the location and price, and the staffs willingness to help me with maintenance issues.

When I moved here, upgrades were unfinished and maintance came in while I was at work, broke decorations and hid the broke decorations. I have roaches. Sidewalk filthy. Cigarettes all in front of door.
