Make sure pet owners are cleaning after their pets.
Putting in a hot tub and a better recycling area.
Maybe a community event...if there are any, I am not aware of them...
I feel like the staff with the new management company has improved. They have been very helpful. Make ready could be improved before they allow people to move in. It is great that they are making improvements it the parking lot. If the second phase was as updated and as nice as the first phase. That would be a great improvement.
Have to run water for awhile to get hot water. Low water pressure in kitchen sink. Landscaping needs improving-dead trees, dead shrubs and plants. Occasional water pipes leaking in courtyard areas.
