The staff at Colonnade are great. Very friendly, family and people oriented. The manager is very friendly and helpful. She makes it a point to know all of her tenants by name. She is very fair and she cares about the property as well as the tenants. I absolutely love Colonnade!
I was told several things when I originally moved in and now that I have given my notice I am being told things completely different. None of management is on the same page. I also gave the managers a list of maintenance things I needed done/fixed in my apt a year and a half ago whenI originally moved in and nothing got fixed. When I signed my new lease I have the EXACT same list of needs and again, nothing!
The staff is very friendly. Maintenance is good.
