It's quite most of the time sometimes can hear upstair neighbors during the night or if they are arguing. Maintenance crew is great with time flow, but had to repeat some repairs once or twice to get it done completely. Management to is very understanding, but change a lot since i been here.
We used to have a good apartment until we reupped our lease and everything seemed to go downhill. The parking requirements have gotten really stupid, visitors have to check in to an app even if they're in visitor parking... also had horrible problems with the A c almost like they're too cheap to replace it after we complained about it not being able to cool during the hottest days of summer. Granted they do always come quickly when we submit a ticket. Overall, the rent isnt too bad but the new managing company has made it uncomfortable to stay and have visitors.
I can hear my upstairs neighbor very clear.
Every time I call to submit a work order, they said they will do it right away. So I waited and waited but I still didn't see them. I called the office people to remind, they said That they couldn't find the work order on file. So they have to re-do it and I have to wait longer.
