Needs speed humps on susan lane. People drive way too fast down the road. Some residents still throwing garbage on ground instead of garbage bins.
Too many changes in the office.. Once you get use to someone poof they are gone.
We are very frustrated that when we moved into our apartment the carpets were AWFUL and we have had to pay someone to come and deodorize them, we have also had many problems with our stove. the first reference was back in November of 2013 and we just received a new (used) stove yesterday. It seems like it takes a while for big items to be completed.
Also I'm concerned that the front of the complex is landscaped beautifully however back here is the black whole no watering to the gras or no grass
It took more than enough time for maintenance to resolve issues. I had a problem that was still never fixed when I moved out that was over a month old also when you do have something done you never know because they done leave behind a work summary like other apartments.. The other thing is that it is impossible to get someone on the phone or return ur messages. You have to actually go in.
This may sound like sour grapes, but an eviction was filed against me based on false accusations. I did not fight, I just moved. There was an unwillingness on the part of management to listen to me. I'm not the only ex-resident that feels this way. This is not just anger at the staff. The office staff at 2 other complexes remarked to me that they have trouble getting the phone answered at this complex.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
