Our apartment is the 2/2. Upon move in, the apartment was clean & well taken care of. The appliances & fixtures are nice. The apartment is spacious & we have a large balcony, which is a plus. The outside of the apartments are well maintained & kept clean. The complex is built off of a golf course. We love the view, it adds to the feel of the community. The complex is located very close to the highway, shopping centers, & anything you need, but still has a very private atmosphere. The complex itself is quiet. The neighbors are friendly. We have a CARES team, they host community events throughout the month. They do an awesome job at setting these up & being consistent with events. We have used all of the amenities here, the pool & hot tub, fireplace & grill, gym & tanning bed, club house & business center. We definitely enjoy them & the convince they provide. The maintenance staff, headed by Tyler, are always available & on top of things. If anything needs to be addressed, they get right to it. The office staff are amazing as well. They are friendly & caring. Jamie, Michele & Daniel are always ready to answer questions, assist & help whenever they can. We have been here nearly 2 years, & love the apartment, the CARES team, & our office & maintenance personnel. The complex is great & located well. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking in this area.
My family and I love living here! The CARES events are great and make us feel appreciated. The pool is great and always clean. Service requests are always answered on time management and staff are friendly. The only thing I would complain about is parking. Other than that I would recommend this community.
Great small place though some kids run around wild :(
Avington Park has been a big plus in our retirement years. We have enjoyed a good relationship with the management team, especially since Cortland has been the owners. Our current manager and her team have been awesome! This apartment has been exactly what we have needed for comfortable living.
Avington Park at Fossil Creek is great! The staff is always friendly and professional. The apartments are quiet and I hardly ever see any children running around. Parking can be tight but that is the only issue and they offer covered parking for a fee. The pool and BBQ pit is fun in the summer time! If your out there by yourself people are so friendly and will offer you a plate/drink! The community room is always clean and it is really nice. We have quick access to the highway and can walk to the movies, restaurants, bars, etc. Its the perfect apartment complex and always quiet (quiet is important to me)! You should check it out!
