My name is Michael Lilley and I have lived at the Patriot Apartments for about 4 years. Every time I had a maint problem, it was fixed same day or early the next day. The current management is great! The only downside from my experience is that the carpet was pretty bad upon moving in and I had to pay a professional cleaner to come in about 6 times to get most of the stains faded to barely noticeable. Would have liked to get new carpet, but it never happened.
Love the location. Love the apartment. Not crazy about having the apartment flooded twice in two years. Management tells me the problem is solved. We will see with the next heavy rain.
It takes a while for maintenance to fix things when we put in work orders. The staff also doesn't call you back if they say they will.
