This apartment complex is incredibly noisy. I'm constantly being woken up by the gardeners and their loud leaf blowers. And I can never take a shower comfortably! I'm constantly thinking that my water will get turned off out of nowhere. I don't know if these surveys are taken seriously, but something needs to get done about these annoying inconveniences. Like today, for example! No hot water... NO NOTICE WAS GIVEN! I'm paying way too much for such terrible quality.
like the management crew ! every time I request for a work order I get a fast respond by maintenance crew! very good job! by the maintenance crew! all the time!
We always (and we have proof of this) pay our rent on time and the correct amount but the person in charge by the time in the office when we send the check, she always says that the payments are incomplete! Without a reason or with no notice in advance.
It was a good experience and I enjoyed living there.
I have been given eviction notices three times when they were not my fault, I have a dishwasher that will not drain the water completely, and they cannot fix it and I have been here 16 years and the service is not the same as it was when I first moved in here.
