The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile a smile and ask if you need anything.They always answer the phone and send out notices throughout the apartment to keep all the residents aware of things going on around the property. The office is also very welcoming to pets and gives them treats. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and efficient at getting things done. They make sure you are very comfortable living here.
The grounds are maintained; clean and well manicured. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Requests are handled fast, freindly and expeditiously. The complex is very quiet!
Everyone working for Puerta Villa at Cimarron have gone out of their way to make our time here very comfortable and enjoyable. Very much appreciated.
Puerta Villa at Cimarron is without doubt the best complex in all of El Paso! The maintenance crew and office staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I feel very safe living here!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
We have three easy to follow routes to bring you to your new home: 1. From I-10, exit Redd Road. Proceed East on Redd Road to Resler Drive, make a left. Follow Resler Drive approximately 2 miles. Proceed through the intersection at Helen of Troy Drive. The property is located on your right. 2. From I-10, exit Artcraft/Paseo Del Norte. Take Artcraft/Paseo Del Norte East to Resler, take a right. Puerta Villa at Cimarron is less than one half mile up on the lefthand side. 3. From Transmountain, turn onto Resler headed East. Proceed approximately 2 miles. Puerta Villa at Cimarron will be located on your left.
