From Hwy 225 - Exit Center Street, continue heading North on Center Street and you will come to a light that is called P Street. Directly after this light you will see a Chopsticks restaurant and a Walgreens located on the right. Turn between the two and head down McDermott (McDermott is a one way street) until you see Avery at Deer Park Apartments, located on the right side just before you merge onto Pasadena Blvd. * From Beltway 8 - You will want to take the Pasadena Blvd. exit which is a free exit. If you are traveling South you will want to take a right, if traveling North you will want to take a left at the light. You will continue to head down Pasadena Blvd. until you run into Center Street. Once at Center Street take a left. After turning onto Center Street you will see a Walgreens (on the left). Turn onto the street that runs next to Walgreens, this is McDermott (one way street). What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
