From Hwy 225 - Exit Center Street, continue heading North on Center Street and you will come to a light that is called P Street. Directly after this light you will see a Chopsticks restaurant and a Walgreens located on the right. Don't do it! Property maintenance is horrible, plumbing is horrible--boiler system repeatedly fails, leaving you without hot water on a regurlar basis-this last time was 8 days over the Thanksgiving holidays; grounds are covered in dog feces that management ignores and just leaves people to walk in; recent sewer back up left raw sewage all over the parking lot area that took days and repeated calls before it was picked up; there are only 3 trash bins for the entire property of 18 buildings...nearly every trash day the bins are overflowing into the surrounding parking spaces because there is not enough trash bins...which of course leads to an extreme rodent and wild animal problem. The rent continues to increase while quality of life decreases and services decrease...they recently eliminated their property courtesy patrol officer. Stay away from this place!

We have been working diligently to fix the issues regarding the boiler and have been extra meticulous in order to prevent future incidents from occurring. During the time that hot water was unavailable, we tried our best to accommodate your needs and supplied you with access to a vacant apartment where hot water was available.
