The apartments in the Elements building are gorgeous, they really give you that high rise luxury feeling. All of the Mercantile staff are amazing regarding the management, maintenance, front desk services, security, and even the janitorial services! Everyone is so nice and friendly! When I put in a request with maintenance, things are fixed the very next day if not the same day. The janitorial services keep it spotless, even after the irresponsible residents that don't pick up after their pets the janitorial services will have it cleaned up within 30 minutes. Management is very responsive, they will answer any questions you have via the online Resident Portal, or you can book a meeting with them in the leasing office the next day. Also, the 24-hr front desk services is my favorite bonus feature of the complex because they not only help with letting visitors come and go, but also the 24-hr is a great convenience for package pick-up or if we have a security or noise concern.
It's clean, modern, convenient living.
Safety and security are second to none! Your concerns are taken very seriously by staff and make you feel like you have a "say" in your surroundings.
The elevator at the Element are a nightmare
The paying procedure sucks. Lockout practices are awful. So is the move-in option
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
