Friendly residents, clean property, great location.
My move went very smooth. No issues at all. Ashley and Kirsten were great in assisting me through the process.
I've lived here for just under a month and so far I have no complaints. The apartment has everything I need and has been maintained well. The management painted the walls and replaced the floor before I moved in, which was nice. The location is also in the middle of one of the best places in Dallas!
I love my new place. I love the view from my living room, and I love how close everything is!
From beginning to end the experience of viewing, signing and moving in was effortless and went very smooth. Nothing was any trouble for the staff.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
