The finishes are decent. The staff and support team are very friendly. The noise level from the surrounding bars is just too much and will affect our decision to move.
Very good bang for your buck.
I have enjoyed living here and the location is great but the building needs to be updated.
I was primarily unhappy with the management and their treatment of the issues of the Mirabella, but was also very disappointed in the myriad of problems that the complex itself created for me as a resident. Offering only Time Warner which offered shoddy and inconsistent service, the plumbing issues that flooded my bathroom twice, the issues with the pipes that had the water shut off, the old pipes in the garage that caused parking to be greatly diminished for an extended period of time without any concessions or alternative options for residents. Overall, I would never ever move back nor would I recommend the Mirabella to anyone else.
