I have loved living at Camden for the past four years! The staff is extremely respectful, friendly, and accommodating. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and respectful. The amenities are amazing as well--the pools are well kept and clean, the gyms are clean and safe, and I love the resident appreciation events! Not only is the apartment complex amazing, but the location in Deep Ellum is fantastic. Who wouldn't want to live in Deep Ellum?

You cannot beat the location, it is very walkable, right between the farmers market and Deep Ellum, with easy access to the dog park. The office and maintenance staff have always been friendly and quick to respond to requests.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
