The maintenance people do a fantastic job of keeping everything looking good. Any problem reported to the office is taken care of ASAP.
Carrington @ Barker Cypress is AWESOME!! The staff is incredible and assist with everything in a timely manner. They are very friendly and caring. Moving here 7 1/2 months ago was definitely a great move and a blessing.
All maintenance requestes are completed on time. Office associates are wonderful and super helpful.
I just really hope the traffic situation gets better when you get out of the apartment.
I see several cars for some apartments (more than 2) that are usually parked in from of the buildings. Considering that I'm carrying two kids and we only have 2 cars, at least 1 of us should be able to park in front or closer to our building. this is becoming very painful.
There are times when the entrance gate doesn't open although using the remote. Also the disposal of trash is only located in one area which makes it difficult for me since I had knee surgery, and maintenance doesn't come even when you have a work order put in the rental office.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
