Amazing pool. Love the bay view. Friendly staff. Excellent amentities. Upgraded apts
This is one of the nicer apartment complexes in Corpus Christi, but it is entirely overpriced. The office staff is always attentive and prompt in addressing any issues, but neighboring properties offering similar amenities PLUS covered or garage parking are literally $300-$500 cheaper per month for a larger unit. As much as I like it here, it will be hard to renew my lease with the property because of the high rent.
This complex is fairly new and has a long way to go before it will be worth the amount of rent residents are paying for it. Besides being built on a busy and loud street, the location is nearly perfect. The view is amazing and the pool will take your breath away. Other than that you are paying for things that are advertised but don't exist. No 24 hr maintenance, game room/theater/computer room aren't 24/7, no finished bball court, apartments aren't prepared to standard upon arrival,list goes on
