maintenance does not always get the work completed or in a timely manor.
When I call in to request that something be fixed, it usually takes more than a week. For example I called in on 8/11/14 (3:30pm) for my bathroom drawer, it had come out of its rail. They did not fix it until 8/18/2014. The request was not submitted until I had to go to the office to drop off a payment.
Overall, my Four Winds experience has been average. I've lived here for about 5 years and the rent has risen from $555 to $640. There have been roaches and spiders since day one. This is not because of pest control not doing their job. It is because they are coming from unusual places. For example, I saw roaches coming from the bathtub drain and from the AC vent. Also, there is always some kind of water leakage on the ceiling or wall either because of rain or clogged air condition.
Good: price, apt layout, garbage disposal, pool cleanliness, no obnoxious neighbors, quiet, maintenance is prompt
Bad: quality of the cabinets/drawers, the parking lot, trash pickup service = people leaving garbage out any day (very unsightly), minimal number of dumpsters, no recycling
Management has never been helpful. Some of the office staff has been extremely rude. Nothing has ever been done well as far as maintenance is concerned. This is a big reason we are moving. Once a resident moves in, management could care less about their concerns.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
