Knightsgate Apartments
Knightsgate is one of the newest apartment complexes in the Bryan/College Station Area. We are a smaller, more intimate property with only 60 units offering 132 bedrooms in one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms floor plans. We are currently signing 9 and 12 month leases for the fall!!! We offer a 24-hour workout facility, along with a pool and sun deck equipped with a stainless steel charcoal grill. Being that we are a smaller property, we were able to really detail each apartment. Our apartments feature stained concrete floors on the first floor units and laminate wood/natural tile floors on the second and third floor units. Also, they feature granite countertops throughout, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, private balconies, and a full size washer and dryer. Your rent will include all utilities, except electricity, which you will pay directly to College Station Utilities. Every aspect of the apartment was built with efficiency in mind. All of the appliances, lights and even the buildings themselves are made to ensure the lowest energy consumption providing you an affordable experience.
