The move in orientation was lacking. I felt that when I asked questions, I was made to feel like an idiot, rather than accommodating a new na�ve resident. The move in time agreed on for the moving truck to arrive was changed on the day of the move. I was paying movers while they waited to gain access to our apt, and even when we could get in, we could not use the elevator for our 4th story unit. This was all changed from when we signed our lease. One of the managers yelled at our movers!
