Great location, spacious apartments, affordability
Apartments themselves are everything you could ever ask for. Very well built and maintained. Spacious parking. The staff keeps the grounds beautiful. The leasing staff is the least impressive aspect of the property. But once you get past them and their unprofessionalness, it's smooth sailing.
I like it here a lot.
The only thing I dislike about the apartment complex has nothing to do with the wonderful service I have received! It is about the entrance, its right across from the Walmart & right next to a busy intersection. So many wrecks happen in front of the apartment, about 2 a month. It's a very dangerous spot to pull in and out of at times. Not sure if there is a way to fix/help that, maybe a second entrance that is not directly across from the shopping center exit.
The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. My lease is expiring soon and I'm happy to stay at Ten Oaks; just transferring into a bigger apartment.
