The complex has excellent management, and their always going above and beyond for their residents (for example: a huge prize giveaway at the end of the summer resident appreciation party). The complex is also centrally located, so there is easy access for most main roads in Austin. Plus, they have a courtesy officer (an actual officer) on staff, so my family and I feel secure in addition. That's not something you see very often at an apartment complex!
The office staff is awesome! They are so helpful and always willing to go that extra mile. The maintenance is quick and extremely knowledgeable.
It's really beautiful, the front office employees are more than friendly, and the rent is totally reasonable.
The management staff has done a nice job of running the property. One ongoing problem is little hot water and pressure. This effects the laundry, bathing and cleaning situations.
I've had issues with the cats that are allowed to roam freely throughout the apartment complex. They have urinated on my apartment door and vomited on my car that they sleep on at night.
