Peaceful, beautifully landscaped and maintained property that has mgt that truly cares. 10 minutes from downtown Austin and affordably priced. Great, still safe neighborhood for running, biking and exercising. A dream come true.
I'm six weeks into my lease at Lantana Ridge and I'm very happy. This place is quiet, lots of green space and the apartments are spacious. I've got a dog and there are lots of great places to walk her and let her explore. The staff in the office is great, particularly Kyra, who helped me through the application and move-in process. I also like to road bike and you can get a nice ride in right outside the front door. The location is convenient to shopping and nightlife and not a bad commute to downtown Austin.
Best experience I've had with an apartment. The apartment is great, the grounds are fantastic, the staff is lovely, and maintenance is quick and efficient. I've already recommended Lantana Ridge to several friends.
We have lived here for nine months and everything has been very satisfactory.
I love the community, the management staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also, they are very concerned about the living standard, cleanliness and safety of the community. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. I am happy that I rented at Lantana Ridge.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
