Moving to the Gables has exceeded the Urban living needs I required after the company I work for relocated to 6th Street. The location is perfect and the cost for living space beat every apartment I visited. The location is exceptional for shopping, entertainment and dining as well as exercise and personal down time (walks). The best location downtown to rent! Walking distance to everything downtown - especially West 6th. Living here is easy and quiet, with a cozy atmosphere. You wouldn't know you were in the heart of downtown!
Downtown is growing and changing and Gables West Avenue Apts is the place to go. It's in the heart of the new Seaholm District, steps away from culinary adventures nearby, Whole Foods, and blocks from 6th Street and the revitalized 2nd Street district.
So far, my experience with Gables West Avenue has been excellent. Though I was not able to see my exact apartment prior to moving in, the model apartment and descriptions given to me by the sales staff were accurate representations of where I would be living. On move-in day, my expectations were exceeded, and I was very satisfied with my choice of residence! I love the finishings in my apartment and how clean and tidy the common grounds are kept. The friendly and professional staff in the front office are incredibly helpful and respond to inquiries promptly! I would absolutely recommend living at the Gables West Avenue.
