I love living at Camden Shadow Brook. It's clean and grounds are well maintained. The staff is very professional and friendly. We have great neighbors and when there was an issue Camden addressed it immediately. Great place to live!
Trash cans are Over flowing.
After living at a Camden property previously (in another state), it was a no-brainer to live at another Camden. Shadow Brook was great to work with from the start and I really enjoyed my time living there, unfortunately they've officially out-priced my budget with this last renewal offer and I can no longer afford to live at any South Austin Camden property. Too bad, because I really enjoy the staff and living experience!
The only complaint I have is the contractors who come pick up our trash. There are days were my place and my neighbors included that the same trash is sitting outside our house. This wouldn't buy me as much but we pay a monthly fee for this service and I take out my trash more then the company has picked up mine.
I love Camden. I've been fortunate enough not to need anything major; other than regular maintenance which has always been handled in a prompt manner. I keep to myself, I pay my rent on time and have never been late since I have been here.
My only thing = and it is a pet peeve of mine, is the gate code. It is a nuisance when you have to come out to the gate and let your guests come in because the gate code that was provided to you, really works when it wants to and it is so unreliable.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
