Excellent response from staff and maintenance crew. What I dislike is being forced to purchase bulk internet and tv channels from Time Warner. 1) Generally you can get a better deal from time warner directly which would include Voip phone service due to increased competition from Google Fiber. 2) Time warner service is terrible. I get constant voice delays on my service and it took months for them to figure out why I was not getting quicker internet service. I would switch to ATT if it wouldnt be a duplication of payment. I realize Camden makes more money by getting a "kickback" from Time Warner but I would prefer you raising rent prices by a few dollars and let the tenants have the ability to pick its internet provider. As it is Google Fiber is across the street and probably will not ask to provide service to the building becasue it will not be cost effective to do so due to the bulk sales contract between Camden and Time Warner.
Any possible way to build a hot tub by the pool? That would be fantastic!
I've mostly had a positive experience at Camden. The staff is always pleasant and usually helpful, maintenance is always prompt and for the most part, the community is well-kept and nice to live in. I live by the trash compactor/dumpster and there is frequently trash left out there (bags or other large items) - not the fault of management, this is coming from inconsiderate residents, but I think there needs to be more communication coming from management asking residents to place trash and recycling in its proper place, 10 ft. away in the dumpster. There is trash out there almost every day, and that's the view out of my window. Also, I've had an ongoing noise issue with my upstairs neighbors (for 8+ months now) and the office has done very little (if anything at all) to assist me, though I have asked for help resolving the issue many times. This has somewhat overshadowed all the other very positive things about my Camden experience. Overall, a good experience here (certainly better than I imagine I'd find at most other apartments around town) and I will most likely continue to live here, or at other Camden properties.
Lovely living experience at Camden! Maintenance done asap by very nice people. Office staff very nice and helpful. I am lucky to live here.
Parking is the only matter that needs improvement but it is better since tags were issued.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
