Good place to live. My unit is modern, nice, and affordable. The business center and gym are great amenities that I really enjoy using. Plus the free Starbucks machine doesn't hurt. If this place wasn't out in the middle of nowhere, it would be pretty perfect. I've really enjoyed my stay though.

Great location and the apartments are reasonably price. Wasn't sure when I first moved to Austin that I could find something at a good price that would be in a nice area and definitely within my budget. Although located in North Austin, you are within minutes of Interstate 35 and Highway 1 and 183. About 25 miles from the Austin Airport and within minutes of HEB and the Domain mall. The staff are friendly and do their best to keep residents informed of things going on within the complex.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
