My first 8 months have been great! Management seems to sincerely care about residents, unlike most apartment complexes. And although rental fees are extremely high in the Austin area, mine was the the best around for the apartment & the area I wanted.
Everyone has been so responsive and helpful.
I love bell tech corridor for so many reasons. First, the management and leasing team (love Abby) do everything possible to make your stay here a great one. My apartment was completely renovated upon getting the keys and it's beautiful!! The location is great and located very close to everything I need. The grounds, pool, and fitness room are above average and my friends are shocked that the apartment prices are so good when they visit!! Thanks bell tech!! David W

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
