The Townhomes of Chapman's Retreat is a community located right next to Chapman's Retreat Elementary in Williamson County and minutes from Saturn Parkway. All our extremely spacious town homes and cottages have attic storage, ceiling fans, hardwood entrances, 2" faux wood blinds and private patios. As a resident of Chapman's Retreat you'll also have access to the amenities at our sister property, Port Royal of Spring Hill.

Very quiet neighborhood. I as a single mother with a toddler feel extremely safe here. I do wish the playground was a bit larger with a few more options. Or to know if we had access to the schools playground. Very kid friendly! The repair staff is quick and efficient. And since we are off site we do not have a gym or club house. Which I truly wish we had a gym at the Townhomes.
People don't know how to use dumpsters for trash, they just throw it on the ground. Use to be a lot better.
Maintenance is HORRIBLE. They clearly do not want to fix anything. I have waited 3 months for them to come check my electric issues with my air conditioning unit. The paint on the walls comes off with a simple clothe and water.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
