I love the mountains, and Smoky Crossing is the best of two worlds with convenience to downtown Knoxville and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Couldn't be happier in my selection of an apartment community!!

My living experience at smoky crossing has been phenomenal. All staff is very nice, helpful and courteous. I believe my roommate and I made a very good choice in choosing these apartments. This is the first apartment that I've had and I'm glad that we chose to live here.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my living experiences at Smoky Crossing and plan on staying. Aside from the few challenges I've notated previously, I love my unit, neighbors and management team. It is a beautiful, friendly and welcoming place to come home to each day. The ability to personalize our patio space has really allowed us to keep holidays and decorate seasonally. Sitting out on the patio with coffee is a favorite past time of mine and my daughters, in part because we've been able to personalize it and beautify it to our tastes. We have a wide assortment of birds and squirrels that join us each morning and I truly look forward to just watching and listening to their chatterings each morning. Management is very nice and personable, always having a smile for you. In most situations, they are helpful on the spot and are generally able to address concerns immediately---again, aside from the few situations I have previously indicated. Being an access-secured community also provides an added layer of comfort that I appreciate. We genuinely love it here!

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
