Because the staff are great and when something wrong the maintenance team address the matter quickly as they can. I think you need to develop another location or two to cater for small families. Such as Cleveland TN, as you they have a Amazon Distribution Center and they are talking about one more also. One also in Vance AL close to Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. Plant. The plant is on the companies 5th expansion and others to company.. As of 7-12-2016, 12 k workers work at plant.

I absolutely love The Village at Apison Pike apartments! The Staff are welcoming, friendly and professional! If there is an issue maintenance takes care of it right away. I've need living here for a month and so far the best place I've lived.

The Village has all the luxury amenities with a great central location. I have felt welcomed since day 1 of moving in. The staff here at the Village go out of their way to provide social gatherings and events for their residents. From themed holiday parties to monthly resident appreciation breakfasts, they do it all. Not only that, they make every attempt to make sure all the residents know what is going on within the community, and take the time to make sure they know everyone by name!

Price was very competitive, especially since it was new. Staff was very friendly and helpful and continue to be friendly and helpful. Staff even call me by name when they see me.
