I have lived here in whispering oaks for almost 5 years now.
WI chose Whispering Oaks because the staff were very friendly in my search for an apartment. I started out with a studio, then after 2 years I decided to get a 1 bedroom as the security and location was found to be the best choice in the area.
It is a very diverse community and there are many different cultures and different people with in the community here at Whispering Oaks. Savvy.
people in the halls way smoking. Do not see security monitoring the hallways at night.
Super quick maintenance team. Well maintained grounds and buildings.
Where do I start sharing the experience here. It is perfect. Clean and well kept. The Staff is awesome in every respect. Communication, service, facilities, all to high standards. Definitely a sign of good leadership, and concerned staff. An excellent combination.
They noise from the upstairs neighbor is ridiculous. ... they make constant noise from early morning until late night, and I cant get any rest. They noise from the kids running in the hallways sounds like there's a storm outside. The windows are very drafty in the master bedroom so its always cold in there. Finally the water pressure could be better in both bathrooms, and there's no good reception.
