The security is great with needing a keycard to get in the building. I wish we had a workout facility.
I lived here for a year and almost always had to park in guest parking even though I had a parking pass. It's in a mediocre part of town, but definitely not somewhere I'd trust raising a child. The security for the building is great, however if you have an issue, it's almost impossible to get ahold of someone in the office because they're never there.
I have lived here since the apartments opened in 2013. I loved living here initially but as of recent years maintenance has gone down, cleanliness, trash overflowing in parking area on a weekly basis etc. When a maintenance request is put in it should not take a 3-4 days to complete it. As of recent these issues are somewhat getting better but I assume that is only because there are more vacancies for the apartments than normal. I also disagree with the rates these apartments are going for.
Living situation is good but whenever I email or put in a maintenance request, it gets ignored.
Raising rent by over $1000 a month at the end of my third year renting here is unacceptable. I've been a great and reliable member of the community and the thanks I'm given is gentrification. Thanks to this I will now be renting a storage unit for my belongings and living out of my car in parking lots. Thanks for making me homeless, uptown flats.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
