Just a good apts to live in. There's never a problem with the cops. The office staff nice and maintace is super.
I have happily lived at The Knolls for almost three years because the property management staff and maintenance personnel are always friendly and genuine creating a real sense of community.
It seems like they are pretty expensive for what you get, because they are not very modern or nice. But on the other hand, they are pretty well maintained, and quiet and peaceful, with never any disturbances.
The gates are inconsistent. Meaning some nights they are closed. Some they are not. Sometimes u even need ur remote to get out. And the back gate needs to be accessible at all times. When will it be usable?
Rating The Knolls is at an average. Unfortunately their is select staff member who seems to disregard respecting others and tend to use their "power" to their advantage. Most of the staff can be helpful and friendly but one person can unfortunately hinder the positivity and professionalism. On a more positive note I would like to praise the maintence staff. The maintence staff has always been professional and prompt. I really appreciate their hardwork on making my stay and environment nice.
