My apartment is average size, the carpets were cleaned but there is paint and glue stuck in the carpeting throughout the apartment. The bathroom was filthy, it obviously had not been cleaned from the last tenant, there was hair everywhere. My hot water didn't work and had several maintenance issues, making my only toilet unusable, that was not resolved for almost a week. The office staff were really helpful and friendly at move in but there is new staff now a month later and he is not nice.
When we moved in we were told the "renovations" would only take two weeks and that was the first we heard about it. Now three months later we still have noise from construction 7 days a week starting at the wee hours of the morning, terrible water pressure,dust and frequently lose electricity and water
Very friendly staff and very quick and competent maintenance service. Also, a couple of years ago when I was robbed in front of my building, they listened to my concerns and acted on them to provide a more secure living community. Also, the apartment sizes are very large for the money and the layouts are very functional.
Toxin notification -- have a neighbor who has had unemployed visitors for over three months, the women is always living on the patio smoking a cigarette, I am highly allegric to cigeratte smoke -- I have to hold my nose as I walk down the stairs to get to my car, for the smoke sits in the breezeway, I cannot open my windows to get in fresh air -- people living in apartments should not be allowed to smoke on their patios or in breezeways just like cooking on a grill
The staff is very friendly and professional. Any issues I have had have been taken care of quickly.
