I had to reach out to a VP of the management group to get any of my maintenance requests taken care of that I requested at move-in. It took several weeks to get anything accomplished. The apartment renovations were also done by a sub-par contractor, as many appliances weren't installed correctly and the painting was done sloppily. There is no insulation between apartments to buffer sounds. I can hear everything my downstairs neighbors say (and scream); management does nothing to prevent noise.
Recent renovations improved overall look of complex, however, interior renovations were done with extremely cheap materials. I would have to say the number one complaint for myself as well as fellow neighbors is the extremely slow/poor maintenance. It took several months, calls to upper management outside of direct property, and extensive emails to get simple things like light fixed or paint touched up. Management communication could improve. Minor issues with complex availability and cleanliness
Move in day was horrible. Apartment was dirty, no one had done a run through, the apartment smelt like cigarette smoke, and the air conditioning unit was broken. The manager of the office at the time did not care at all about the issues we were having. They never called to follow up with all any of our concerns. My roommates and I had to call and visit the office several times to get simple issues fixed. Now that more people have moved in, parking is impossible. There aren't enough spaces
Initially, I was greeted at the leasing office with smiles and helpful advice. That's pretty much where it ended. Parking is terrible, they have towed mine and many other cars, parking stickers that don't come off, they turn the water off at least once a week, crazy amounts of emails and notices taped to my door, slow to fix things like the gate. Started the gate without giving everyone a key fob, raising price of water mid-lease.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
